1. Remote Visual Service (RVS) = Online help for your scanner via teamviewer from Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and on Friday 08:00 -14:00 includes

2. One annual scanner service per year during a service tour for maintenance on the customer’s site (service, maintenance, repair). Needed spare parts will be invoiced in addition.

Professional

3. All-inclusive-spare-parts-agreement includes replacement of all scanner parts, except glass + fluorescent lamps. Shipping costs will be invoiced in addition. Return of demaged spare parts on customer’s account.
